At this time ACH has one home for immediate occupancy in the beautiful City of Davis, California. The Davis ACH home is a half-plex that is fully furnished. The ACH Davis home is an all-inclusive home with most the amenities needed by the occupying family. Blankets, bedding, towels, dishes, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster and counter top microwave oven.

The Davis ACH home has three bedrooms, one bathroom, inside laundry area with a washer and dryer. The home has a living room and a large office space. The office space can be used, as a fourth bedroom depending on the client’s needs. The home has two-car parking space with other parking on the street in front of the home. There is no enclosed garage parking. The Davis ACH home has a small backyard for children or pets. 

The ACH Davis home will accept a small dog or cat. The dog or the cat MUST be less than 16 lbs. and will have to be house-trained if indoors. Cat box must be used if it is an indoor cat. The dog must be licensed and up to date on all inoculations. A $10 a day pet fee will be added to the ACH housing contract. A pet agreement must be signed by the occupant and will be added as an addendum to the rental contract. Small fish aquarium (10 gallons or less) or small caged bird, hamster or reptile allowed with no pet fee or contract but must be disclosed and approved by the ACH agent. Small pets must be kept caged and not allowed to roam the home.

The ACH Davis home agreement does include the furnishings and all utilities, such as electrical, natural gas, cable TV and Internet services. The ACH Davis home does not include maid, cleaning or laundry service. However, these services if wished by the client may be contracted by local cleaning services. 

The occupants of the ACH Davis home will not be allowed to sublet any part of the home, only the original occupants on the contract may stay in the home. However, friends and guest of the family are welcome for short-term visits.

The three bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds. The front office/bedroom is furnished with two double beds that can be set up as a double bunk at your request at no extra cost.

Rate for the ACH Davis home:

2 week  temporary emergency housing:  $2450. All-inclusive furnished and all utilities services.

1 month to 4 months:  $145 a day/ $4350 monthly. All furnished and all utilities services. 

5 months to 1 year:  $140 a day/$4500 monthly. All furnished and all utilities services.
