ACH Guidelines

The following are the ACH guidelines that have been developed:

  

· No smoking inside the ACH home. Smoking is allowed on the outside front and rear yard of the home. No discarding of butts on the grounds.

· No burning of open flame candles or incense.

· No removing or disarming of smoke detectors. 

· No removing or disarming of the carbon monoxide detector.

· No hanging of pictures, photographs, posters, appliances or other items on the walls or ceilings.

· No live plants in the interior of the ACH home. No live plants will be allowed on the exterior grounds of the property without written permission of the ACH agent.

· No alterations or changes to structure/grounds or any part thereof are allowed without written permission of the ACH agent.

· The home is provided with most of furnishing for the guest. No other furnishing allowed in the home without written approval of the ACH agent.

· No removing of any of the furnishing and appliances provided in the ACH home without the written permission of the ACH agent.

· No dogs or cat allowed without prior approval on the ACH contract. Small fish aquarium (10 gallons or less) or small caged bird, hamster or reptile allowed. Pets must be kept cage and not allowed to roam the home.

· Occupants will be limited to only those listed on the ACH contract. No subleasing of the bedrooms. Overnight quest are allowed. Written permission from the ACH agent is needed for quest longer than 3 nights.

· No working or repairs of vehicles are allowed on the property.

· The ACH guest/occupant must put out trash containers on designated collection dates.

· The property cannot be used for the storage and collection of personal property of the guest/occupant-EI: non-operational vehicles, SUVs, tires, garbage, old furniture, etc.

· Please abide by City of Davis noise ordinances.

· ACH guest/occupant must provide proof of insurance of there own personal property and liability insurance of any actions of the guest/occupant that may cause damage to the structure or property.

· The guest/occupant must sign in lease not to hold responsible ACH or ACH agent for any loss of person or property.
