Assured Casualty Housing (ACH) is an emergency temporary housing company. ACH is providing insurance clients immediate short or long term emergency housing for unforeseen casualty events in the insured’s home such as fires, floods or other emergencies that have affected the insured family’s home. The ACH homes are available from a minimum of two weeks to up to one year depending on the insurance guest’s needs. Most of ACH residences are fully furnished all-inclusive homes.

Why an ACH home?

· ACH homes are for families of an emergency casualty. They are available to the family needing the emergency shelter for immediate occupation no matter what time of the day or night.   (24/7)


· ACH homes are affordable/reasonable taking into account all of the immediate necessities provided for the causality victims.  For the price of a quality chain hotel room, the casualty family can stay in a home with everyone under one roof.


· The ACH home is fully furnished for immediate occupation by the casualty victim and family. The family can just walk into the door and have the peace of mind to recuperate from the emergency event.


· With ACH homes there is no deposit needed. (A cleaning deposit may be required on short-term contracts). A contract can be cancelled with no penalties. Your good name as an insured client, with the recommendations of your insurance carrier/agent or adjuster is all we ask for.


· ACH homes provide a Short or long term occupation of the home.


· ACH homes are in good safe neighborhoods.


· When available the ACH home has fully furnished bedrooms with bedding and linen. A bathroom or bathrooms with towels and bathing accessories. A fully functional kitchen with stove eating utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher, appliances like a microwave oven, blender, coffeemaker and washer and dryer. 


· ACH home will have Cable TV and Internet service and PLUS!! will include all the utilities such as electrical, natural gas, garbage, water and the gardener.


· An ACH home will accept a small dog or cat. The dog or the cat MUST be less than 16 lbs. and will have to be housed trained if indoors. Cat box must be used if it is an indoor cat. The dog must be licensed and up to date on all inoculations. A $10 a day pet fee will be added to the ACAH housing contract. 


The ACH home will have and fill the immediate needs for your insured family to walk in the door and recover from any casualty affecting their home, until your home is available to be re-inhabited by the guest family. No more staying in hotels!!!
